This is our very first holiday newsletter., Lights and Luminaries. We hope that you find a little piece of Christmas heaven in it and most of all, we hope you enjoy it. 

Creating whimsy throughout the Christmas holidays with a whole lot of holly jolly and jingle bells is our Christmas gift to you. 

May the music and Spirit of Christmas resonate in your home while Silent Nights come to clothe you with everlasting peace.

Many stores are already getting ready for Christmas.

Hobby Lobby rolled out the red carper for their beautiful Christmas decor last week. They are just about fully stocked from shelf to shelf.

They have a nice variety of decorations in an array of lovely holiday colors.

Hobby Lobby put out their fall decorations back in June and now it’s just about all you see in the store along with the abundant Christmas items.

Like a lot of people, they know how fast time flies. Blink and it’s autumn. Wink and Christmas is over.

T.J. Maxx and Home Goods have stocked their shelves with Halloween and some Christmas products as well. T.J. Maxx has some of the most vibrant displays of autumn I have ever seen. Simply sensational. Their Christmas preview is stunning also. 

I visit T.J. Maxx around 5 times during the holidays because I love it in there. Everything in my T.J. is cozy..

As previously stated, wink and Christmas is over.

Which is why celebrating the holiday season early is highly recommended and besides it’s so much fun.

There is one more day left in July. August will be making her debut soon. We all know what that means.

Let’s see now. How can we incorporate more whimsy into our world for the joyous holiday season.

Well, there are some really good Hallmark Christmas movies you can all watch. Some of them are tear jerkers and some predictable. That’s what makes them classics, the predictability.

Choose Your Movie and Get Comfortable on the Couch.

Choose your day and choose your movie. Get your popcorn ready. Warm up the fireplace and dim the lights and get comfy on the couch. It’s time to head into the holiday season.

To help you to enjoy the Christmas season all season long pick a different Hallmark Christmas movie every week beginning October 1. This will put you in the Christmas mood if that’s how you want to feel. To make it even more exciting why not bake a batch of brownies, invite a few friends over and watch a movie together.

How fun is that. You’ll be creating precious memories with Christmas miracles you may not see, but you. know are happening because you feel it. It is that amazing, one-of-a-kind feeling that overcomes you just by being in the presence of those you love.

• Lily’s Destiny.
