Happy Thanksgiving Friends and Family

Invite Love To Thanksgiving Dinner Good Company and Life-Changing Conversations

Today is Tuesday, November 25th. Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 26th, 2025.

Are you ready to celebrate being thankful for all of the love and abundance that we get to enjoy everyday.

This year my menu contains peace, relaxation, family and gratefulness and some of the most delicious food ever.

Create A Thanksgiving Ambiance Filled with Wonder for Family and Friends

I started cooking today to make it easy on myself. I made glazed carrots, cut bean greens and candied yams. Seasoning my food with just the right amount of brown sugar and honey for my carrots, they came out perfectly.

This year I decided to add sautéed onions to my cut green beans and my usual onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt and a little black pepper. There is no doubt that my family will enjoy this lovely dish to go along with our meal.

Tomorrow I will make the yams and sweet potato pies. I’m thinking about making pumpkin pie, but I’ll see how things go. It may be too much to do both because I’ll also be baking dark chocolate brownies.

When I was at my daughter’s home in Washington, DC, this past weekend, she served one heck of a brunch. As soon as I saw the white plates beautifully complimenting her food I had to know where those white lovely plates came from.

They are from Amazon’s basics. When I got home I went straight to Amazon’s website and purchased the plates. 6 comes in a pack. I think I may have to order a few more sets. That’s how pretty they are.

My daughter informed that when you have guests arriving for brunch, lunch or dinner, the focus should be on the food and not the plates. Well, I say you definitely cannot go wrong with white plates.

Enjoy A Lovely Thanksgiving Dinner that you will never forget

With one more day left for cooking, tomorrow, Wednesday, November 26, I will finish my sides and then my desserts. On Thursday, Thanksgiving day I cook my turkey and look forward to having a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with my family.

My heart will be flled with thanksgiving for all of the things for which I am grateful. My heart will reach to North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, DC, Maryland, Philadelphia and sending love to family in all of these locations.

The holiday season is always a lovely time to sit back and reflect on all of the love and memories that we cherish year after year.

There will be quiet moments as I cook and bake thinking about the delicious meals we all share with those we love and adore.

After Thanksgiving dinner and day have ended I will make my way to my bedroom and give thanks to God for life, health, great food and family.

It is my hope that your Thanksgiving Dinner will be a dinner that you can record in your journal with a grateful heart.

Happy Thanksgiving Christmas Friends.
