Grab Yourself A Blanket and Get Cozy – It’s The Holiday Season

Yes, I’m thinking about Christmas and it’s only Friday, March 13, 2026.
Hello Christmas Friends. My thoughts of Christmas bring me so much joy. What about you? Are you making plans for the upcoming holiday season? If not, you should be because you’ll need to take time to rest and relax before and after your Christmas festivities have begun and after the celebration is over.
Here are ways you can relax before and after the amazing holiday season this year.
Find a quiet space where you can sit back and enjoy the silence.
Grab a cozy blanket or quilt. While you’re grabbing your comfy cozy, find a really good book to read. Perhaps a book that soothes your soul. Also, grab a pen and pad to write in. Now after you have all of these things play them in your chair on the table next to the chair. Head to the kitchen and make yourself some tea. Green tea is always nice as it is filled with great health benefits for mind, body and spirit. Perfect for sipping on during your quiet time alone. A lovely slice of homemade cake would be nice to go with you warm cup of tea.
Now close your eyes and do a little bit of meditating. Speak a few powerful affirmations for your heart from your positive thoughts. Say a prayer of thanksgiving.
You’re now ready to enjoy a peaceful evening with a really good book. Cover your legs with your soft blanket. With your warm cup of tea to soothe your mind you can relax. You have so much to be grateful for.
