There’s a Feeling of Christmas Everywhere

Christmas Is The Holiday That Sings To My Spirit

There's a Feeling of Christmas Everywhere

There’s a feeling of Christmas everywhere.

This phenomenal feeling is in my heart, blanketing my spirit and warming my soul.

I am over the moon just thinking about the upcoming holiday season.

Hearts come together and loving warmth takes over.

The other day I began thinking about Christmas. Christmas is always on my mind. There was a slight jolt in my spirit and I jumped into the car and drove to Hobby Lobby. I had a feeling that they were stocking their shelves for Christmas.

When I got there all I could see was shelves were overflowing with autumn decor. I think it’s okay to say or even believe that their shelves will be full of Christmas soon.

I’m going back there today (Monday, June 16, 2025) to see what they have on display for the most wonderful time of the year.

I received an email over the weekend from Michael’s craft store that they are putting out their Christmas decorations this week. I’ll head there today as well to see what beauties they will be displaying for the holiday season. To say I am excited is an understatement.

The Christmas Season Is Beautiful, Warm and Wonderful

For me, there are so many things that make Christmas special. Even visiting the craft store, Home Goods and other home stores make me happy. I am not hard to please. Give me Christmas and you’ve given me the world. What can I say. I truly adore Christmas.

The decorations alone make spirits bright. The wonderful Christmas color palettes that illuminate our homes and songs that sing to our heart are amazing as well.

And then there’s that cozy feeling that we all know so well and welcome with open arms that always shows up during the holidays while lovingly spreading good cheer everywhere we go.

We can’t forget about the winter weather. Winter and Christmas go hand in hand. It’s the cold here up north that does it for me.

Christmas Calls and Snowflakes Gently Fall

I absolutely adore the cold and snowy conditions that always seem to show up when Christmas comes.

Winter wonderlands make Christmas even more special every time I see a snowflake or two that sometimes turns into a real heavy snowfall. It’s awesome what those delicate beautifully designed snowflakes can do when they all fall to earth together.

Looking forward to the 2025 holiday season I am preparing my home, once again, to receive love, joy and an abundance of good cheer followed by peace.

As the Christmas season approaches I will be ready. Every year I look forward to preparing my home for this sensational season filled with love.

I’ll slowly decorate every inch of my home with all of my beautiful Christmas decorations. My theme this year will be red and gold or perhaps silver and icy blue. Whatever colors I decide to use I will make it all come together like a picture on the front cover of a magazine.

Christmas is such an amazing time of year. It fills every room and inch of my home and I love it. I look forward to enjoying the splendor and wonder of the season.

This year I’m going to write a few Christmas songs and sing them to my family. I want to make sure each and every Christmas is special because I love my family and I love Christmas. Creating these These memories that can never be forgotten is extremely important to me.

What Christmas will you be creating this year that your family will cherish and never forget?

Merry Christmas everybody,

Sincerely,

Cyndi

Christmas Morning Through Loving Eyes

The Magic Still Lingers: Christmas Morning Through Grown-Up Eyes

Christmas Morning Traditions and Joy

Christmas morning traditions and joy awaken us to love.

Christmas morning. The words alone conjure up a whirlwind of nostalgia, a heady mix of sugar-fueled excitement and the comforting warmth of family. We remember the feeling of anticipation, the frantic tearing of wrapping paper, the sheer, unadulterated joy of discovering the treasures

Santa had left behind. But what happens when we grow up? Does the magic of Christmas morning simply fade, replaced by the more practical realities of adulthood?

While the childlike wonder may soften around the edges, the magic of Christmas morning, I believe, simply transforms. It morphs from a focus on personal gain to a celebration of connection, tradition, and heartfelt giving.

Gone are the days of bounding out of bed at the crack of dawn, driven by the lust for new toys. Now, the morning often begins with a quiet cup of coffee, a moment to appreciate the peaceful stillness before the family chaos erupts.

We might steal a glance at the twinkling lights on the tree, a silent acknowledgment of the shared memories and the history it represents.

The focus shifts from receiving to giving. The anticipation now lies in witnessing the reactions of loved ones as they open the gifts we carefully selected, hoping they capture the essence of our relationship.

The joy comes not from the thrill of a new gadget, but from the warmth of a hug, the genuine delight on a child’s face, or the knowing smile of a partner who appreciates the thought that went into a present.

Christmas Traditions Last Forevermore In The Spirit of Love

Traditions become even more important. The familiar rituals, from the specific type of breakfast eaten (pancakes shaped like reindeer, anyone?) to the order in which presents are opened, become anchors in a sea of change. They are the threads that connect generations, weaving a tapestry of shared experiences that strengthens family bonds.

Perhaps the most profound shift is in our understanding of the true meaning of Christmas. As children, we might have focused on the presents, but as adults, we begin to appreciate the deeper message of hope, peace, and goodwill.

Christmas morning becomes a reminder to be grateful for what we have, to cherish the people in our lives, and to extend kindness and compassion to those in need.

While the frantic energy of childhood Christmases may be replaced with a more measured pace, the magic remains. It’s in the shared laughter, the cozy atmosphere, the feeling of belonging, and the simple act of being present with loved ones.

This year, as you gather around the tree on Christmas morning, take a moment to appreciate the evolving magic. Embrace the traditions, cherish the connections, and remember that the true spirit of Christmas lies not in the gifts we receive, but in the love we share. Because even though we’ve grown up, the magic of Christmas morning, in its own unique way, still lingers.

Christmas morning traditions and joy is the spirit that brings us peace.

Merry Christmas everybody.

Miracles in the Making On Christmas Eve

The Magic of Christmas Eve: A Celebration of Family

The Magic of Christmas Eve

The magic of Christmas Eve resides in our minds. We close our eyes and see beauty and joy.

The air crackles with anticipation, the scent of pine needles and gingerbread hangs heavy, and a feeling of warmth settles deep within our hearts. More than just the eve of a gift-giving frenzy,

Christmas Eve is a potent reminder of the importance of family, tradition, and the simple joy of being together.

For many, Christmas Eve is the anchor that holds the holiday season together. While Christmas Day might bring the excitement of unwrapping presents,

Christmas Eve is often steeped in beloved rituals that have been passed down through generations. Perhaps it’s a special reading of “A Visit from St. Nicholas,” a caroling session around the piano, or the careful placement of cookies and milk for Santa.

These traditions, repeated year after year, become cherished memories woven into the fabric of our family narrative.

The beauty of Christmas Eve lies in its emphasis on connection. It’s a time to slow down, unplug from the digital world, and truly focus on the people surrounding you.

Laughter fills the air as family members share stories, reminisce about past Christmases, and create new memories that will be treasured for years to come.

The preparation for the holiday, from decorating the tree to baking festive treats, becomes a collaborative effort, strengthening bonds and fostering a sense of shared purpose.

For those who live far apart, Christmas Eve might be the first opportunity of the holiday season to reconnect with loved ones.

The joy of seeing faces light up, sharing a warm embrace, and catching up on the year’s events is a gift in itself. Even if physical distance prevents gathering in person, technology allows us to bridge the gap through video calls, sharing stories and laughter across miles.

Christmas Eve is also a time for reflection.

It’s a chance to pause and appreciate the blessings in our lives, to express gratitude for the love and support of our family, and to remember those who are no longer with us.

Lighting a candle in remembrance, sharing stories about loved ones who have passed, or simply holding them in our hearts can be a powerful way to honor their memory and keep their spirit alive.

Ultimately, Christmas Eve is a celebration of family in its purest form. It’s about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, sharing love and laughter, and cherishing the moments spent together. It’s a reminder that the greatest gifts aren’t found under the tree, but in the hearts of the people we hold dear.

So this Christmas Eve, let us embrace the magic of the season and the enduring power of family, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Merry Christmas Everybody,

Cyn

What Christmas Means To Me By Ceelo Green

winter called and Snow started to fall and Ceelo Green Joyfully Sings What Christmas Means To Me

Best Ceelo Green Christmas Song Ever

Best Ceelo Green Christmas song ever. Let’s sing and dance!

Snow blankets the grass on my tree lined street. It almost feels like a victorian Christmas village with all the multi-colored lights and breathtaking Christmas decorations.

Walking up to my Ralph Lauren blue front door I hear What Christmas Means To Me, by Ceelo Green. This is one of my all time favorite Christmas songs.

When I first heard Ceelo Green’s rendition of, What Christmas Means To Me, I immediately fell in love. He really did his thing.

Every time I hear this song I sing along with Ceelo to the top of my voice and see myself dancing in the snow.

This amazing song sings to my heart and home and all my holidays come alive with song! My feet can’t keep still and I immediately hit the floor.

For some reason this song brings a tear or two to my eyes. I don’t know why, but it does. Could it be that my mind goes back to my childhood and all the joys of the season that I enjoyed with my family?

It also maybe because whenever I hear this  Ceelo sings his heart on this song and that, too, brings great joy to my heart.

I think about all of the holidays that have gone by and I cry. Flooding my home with tears at Christmas time is normal for me.

If you’ve never heard Ceelo’s rendition of What Christmas Means To Me, please won’t you check it out. I think you may love it as much as I do.

Here are the lyrics to, What Christmas Means To Me by Mr. Ceelo Green

Oh, yeahCandles burning lowLots of mistletoeLots of snow and iceEverywhere we goChoirs singing carolsRight outside my door
All these things and more (all these things and more)That’s what Christmas means to me, my love(That’s what Christmas means to me, my love) yeah
I see your smiling faceLike I’ve never seen beforeEven though I love you madlyIt seems I love you moreThe little cards you give meWill touch my heart for sure
All these things and more, darling (all these things and more, darling)That’s what Christmas means to me, my love(That’s what Christmas means to me, my love)
Oh, I feel like running wild (running wild)Up – like a little childGreet you neath the mistletoeKiss you once and then some more
And wish you a Merry Christmas, baby(Wish you, a Merry Christmas, baby)And such happiness in the comin’ yearOhh (happiness in the comin’ year)
Oh, let’s deck the halls with hollySing sweet silent nightI fill a tree with angel hairAnd pretty, pretty lightsWe go to sleep and wake upJust before daylight
All these things and more, baby (all these things and more, baby)That’s what Christmas means to me, my love(That’s what Christmas means to me, my love)All these things and more, baby (all these things and more, baby)That’s what Christmas means to me, my love(That’s what Christmas means to me, my love) ooh whoaAll these things and more, baby (all these things and more, baby)That’s what Christmas means, Christmas means to me, my love(That’s what Christmas means to me, my love) woo
My baby (all these things and more)That’s what Christmas means to me(That’s what Christmas means to me) oh, babyAll these things and more (baby, baby, baby, baby) oh, babyThat’s what Christmas means to me oh
That’s what Christmas means to me, my love(That’s what Christmas means to me)Me, my love

These lyrics are awesome in so many ways. They speak to the spirit as only Christmas can.
I hope you enjoy listening to Ceelo pour his heart out into this song. His soulful voice is powerful and full of Christmas Spirit.

Best Ceelo Green Christmas song ever, but that’s just my opinion. Wouldn’t you agree?! LOLLLLLL

Merry Christmas everybody.

Jesus Is The Reason Why I Love The Christmas Season

The Holiday Season Is Designed To Bring Wealth and Prosperity Into Every Home

Christmas delivers wealth and prosperity into every home with love.

That’s why the feeling is amazing and it’s all because of Jesus.

Good Day Christmas Friends,

Today is Saturday, May 31, 2025 and I want to talk Christmas. Do you mind if I tell you why I never get tired of talking about Christmas.

For me Christmas is complete comfort and joy because Jesus is the Reason for the Season.

You see, I love my precious Lord and sweet Savior, Jesus Christ. He is my Light and Life Who dwells deep within my spirit. He warms every inch of my heart all year long. Also, He bestows countless blessings upon me faithfully my life without me asking for it. I am grateful.

Like His Kingdom, Jesus’ love is an everlasting love. I am thankful that I get to experience His love when He mercifully wakes me up. With a grateful heart and spirit I bask in the glory of the new day. My spirit and mind renewed I start everyday refreshed and rejuvenated.

There is no love grater than the love of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Jesus is the Reason for my deep love for  Christmas

To know the true meaning of Christmas you must know Jesus. I truly believe when the holiday season makes its entrance into my every room inside of my home I can find special gifts in the Hem of His Garment.

One of those gifts is peace. The other two gifts are comfort and love. These special gifts envelope the spirit and gird me with joy. I love the sensational feeling that they bring to me year after year time and time again throughout the joyous season.

Jesus gifts abundant miracles that surrounds and embraces believers across the pond. Here’s what’s so very special about it all. Jesus gives gifts that only some can see and feel. He is my reason for loving Christmas more than words can say. Jesus is the Reason for the Season.

Reflecting upon all things Christmas here are some ways that I celebrate the miraculous season.

Comfort and joy are always near and holly jolly has a way of creating more abundance in my life

When I think about the Christmas holiday season I think about Jesus and the comfy and cozy feeling that quickly encompasses me.

Taking time to relax into deep thoughts about Christmas I close my eyes. Quietly nestled in Jesus’ peace, my brown eyes walk me through a short time zone beginning October 1.

With loving eyes I see my home decked with boughs of holly warming the living room. My seriously comfortable living room brings me true inspiration all throughout this joyful time of the year. It is truly majestic and so is the holiday deocr.

I see all of the precious ornaments, gold bulbs and red runners that melt my heart. They also make me so very happy. In this divine space I write short holiday stories and precious Christmas filled poems. As Christmas music plays in the background I create, design and produce some of my best and most awe-inspiring creations.

From incredible decorations to heavenly pieces of vintage to modern ornaments I write Christmas.

Now still in the present moment with thanksgiving and all the happiness in my own little world residing deep within every beat of my cotton clothed heart my eyes lead me into my quaint little dated kitchen which I love. Regardless of the fact that I have very little countertop and cabinet space it’s still my kitchen designed 62 years  inside of a loving home and I adore it.

I am beyond grateful for the beauty, warmth and endless joy in my home.

As I slowly walk through the beauty of it all I am greeted with some of the most delicious desserts to come out of an oven baked by me the one and only.

A most delicious red velvet cake, with a smooth rich texture covered over with cream cheese frosting looks as stunning as my Christmas tree and just waiting to be sliced. And then I have dark chocolate brownies forever the hit in my home along with yummy peanut butter cookies my favorite cookie in the world lovingly grace my 35 year old kitchen table.

Let’s head into the dining room, another place from whence I gather inspiration whenever I need inspiration for my life in general. It flows, like milk and honey from my living room. These three rooms intertwine like a healthy and loving relationship that naturally flows like rivers of water.

Christmas brings me an abundance of happiness joy and comfort and it’s all because of Jesus.

Even though it’s only May 31 it feels like December 25. Everyday for me feels like December 24 and 25 because Christmas resonates with my spirit like oceans of water. I must say that there are not enough words to express how I feel about Christmas.

Christmas delivers wealth and prosperity into every home with love.

What about you. How does Christmas make you feel?

Merry Christmas.

I Hear Christmas Coming Up The Road

Christmas Time Is Coming Soon and I Reflect On years Gone By

Christmas Will Be Here Soon

I sure do hear Christmas coming up the road and I have to tell you that I am looking forward to the holiday season this year.

Sitting at my kitchen table I see my backyard covered in snow. Christmas is calling.

Grabbing my pen I write my one very special wish from heart to my pad. I close my eyes to see the sensation of the season. Emotions flood my soul and I am taken to a place of love.

Inspiration speaks to move me to a place I have never gone before. It’s a winter wonderland village all lit up. The lights illumine the path of my feet and I can see the holiday twinkling and giving me a wink.

Clothed and covered over with a soft presence, the glow warms me like the sun that shines on a warm summer day.

All of a sudden I hear a knock on my front door. When I open the door I see a sprinkle of gold dust resting on my step. This let’s me know that Christmas is near. It gives me so much hope and my mind shifts to a place of oneness.

And now as I get ready to wind down for the evening I still hear jingle bells coming closer to me. It’s going to take a little longer for Christmas to get here and when miracles happen I’ll be ready to receive them all for you and me.

Merry Christmas to all my friends and family.

Best Stores To Shop for Christmas Gifts

Shopping for Christmas Gifts in 2025

Shopping for Christmas Gifts in 2025

Are you looking forward to the holiday season this year? I know I am. As a matter-of-fact I’ve been checking out a few stores for bargains. This is a great time to shop sales with amazing prices.

I like looking online for the convenience of it all.

Which do you prefer; going to the mall or shopping online? I enjoy both. One of my favorite stores to shop is Eddie Bauer. They have a beautiful store in Brinton Lakes and they have a large variety of clothing items that are great for my family’s needs I went to the EB store last year to shop for a few Christmas gifts for family.

Do you have any favorite stores that you shop for Christmas gifts?

Some of my favorite places to shop for Christmas gifts are:

  • Eddie Bauer
  • QVC
  • The NBA Store
  • Fanatics
  • HSN
  • Williams Sonoma
  • Pottery Barn
  • Macy’s

When I shop Eddie Bauer I look for pajamas for my guys because of their flannels. They are cottony soft and super warm. Now for Christmas decorations I shop QVC because they have some nice bright pieces to help decorate my home. QVC also has a really good coffee cake that we love here in my home. The coffee is moist, rich and just down right good.

Home Goods is another favorite store of my mine. Their Christmas decor is beautiful and reasonably priced and who doesn’t love a great bargain that comes with excellent quality.

For my one son I shop Lakers gear because he is a really big Lakers Fan with Kobe being his favorite player of all time. Every year at Christmastime I purchase him a lot of Lakers paraphernalia and every thing that I have purchased thus far he has loved and wears.  Not once have I had to return one gift.

Let’s Go Shopping for Christmas Presents for family and loved ones

Shopping for Christmas Gifts in 2025

Macy’s. I love Macy’s and I can be sure that all my purchases have come with a great price tag. I never mind using my money when it comes to shopping at this icon of a store. They have just about everything I need for me and my home. For instance, whenever I need silverware I know that I can count on Macy’s to find the perfect set of anything dinner and kitchen related.

Williams Sonoma and run Pottery Barn are two of the most beautiful stores I have ever shopped. Talk about lovely pieces of home decor, living room and kitchen, you cannot go wrong with Williams Sonoma or Pottery Barn.

We have amazing furniture from Pottery Barn and kitchen utensils from Williams Sonoma. The quality of their items are remarkable and they last a lifetime. That’s how you know you’re getting the best when you shop at these gorgeous stores. I can’t forget to tell you that Williams Sonoma has some of the best bread mixes you’ll ever taste. You must try some. I always grab a bunch when they go on sale. They should have some on sale now if you want to grab some for you and your loved ones. They taste great and make lovely desserts for Christmas Eve.

All of the stores listed above I love. I also shop Hobby Lobby and Michael’s during the holiday season. Hobby Lobby puts out their Christmas decorations in early August so I’ll go there as soon as they stock the shelves.

There are many stores that I love to shop throughout Christmas. The above is just a small list. The goal here is to give you some ideas when it comes to Christmas shopping. I hope this small list has helped you as you navigate your way shopping for family, friends and yourself during the most wonderful time of the year.

Hopefully, shopping for Christmas gifts in 2025 just got easier with a whole lot of fun!

Merry Christmas Everyone,
